Horrible addition to this otherwise great residential area. People that go here are loud, obnoxious and inconsiderate drunks. This place is not welcoming to people who aren’t Latino and it is common to find fights and arguments in front of this establishment

This joint is where I bring everyone that is tired with the same JC bars and is looking for a new place to go. They’ve got live salsa from time to time, a DJ on the weekends, a few pool tables and really, really cheap drinks. It’s a welcome break from the other bars in the area. It’s also a great place to watch UFC or boxing matches on fight night.
Speaking of fight night — there seem to be fights here every single Saturday evening well past midnight. So, if you’re looking to go — stop in at the beginning of your evening instead of at the end.

Formally Riveras… after coming here for years to check out the inner hidden neighborhood type bars. this place keeps my attention. a real people watching place to go to.
