Holy Crap I’ve never eaten so fast in my life! To the point where my stomach hurt like I was going to puke. The food was good. As others Unilocalers have said, seated fast, given food fast, and it did taste good. Not sure if my turkey bacon was fully cooked but it’s turkey bacon. Hash browns were greasy. Atmosphere: Dear God never again. This place is for when you have no place else to go to eat. Again, food is good but atmosphere is what brought stars down. –It’s Hoooood– I’m from the hood and I’m telling you this place is hood. Lol! It’s a teenage hangout. It’s definitely louder than most iHops. F bombs dropped by patrons effortlessly. Numberous adults and kids sneezing in a low air circulating/ventilating area. Kids yelling. Not good for an «adult» time out even if you don’t mind kids. The booths are thin so the person that sat behind me kept pushing my back(annoying). Got Love and Hip Hop going at it right behind of him lying about a text message she read. Smh… A kid decided to fall out of a chair taking the chair with it. Someone laughed and the mom took her anger out on whoever was laughing. It was a circus. Condition: It’s very grimy. I would have taken pictures but i didnt want to make anyone quesy. Tables are worn at the edge. Paint chipping off. Black dust covered on the vents. I wouldn’t dare go in the bathroom. I’ll hold it until I get home. Walls and trim need to be repainted. The place need a reno. Smudges on cubed glass. Understandably they get crazy traffic and thats why it looks the way it does with feet marka in the walls and such, but it needs a crew of elbow grease. Cashier: 1. Cashier asked my husband for his photo ID to pay for our $ 22 tab. ??? Usually you ask for photo ID when you pay with a credit but with a debit card. 2. As he’s waiting for my husband to take out his ID he busts out a Nae Nae and Whip. –No lie! And starts laughing with his coworkers. Hey atleast he was smiling and laughing unlike the waitress that won’t open her mouth for anything. Waitress: Most odd waitress we’ve ever had(a we dine out every week). We asked for items not she asked us. All she said was«To drink» and that’s it. We led the rest of the conversation. We asked to put in the entrée. Asked for the check. Never got an ok to our order or thank you. Once she got what she needed she would just walk away. Nice lady. We still tipped her. She just wouldn’t say anything. Awkward pause, Very weird experience. Overall: Nope, not again. Food was good but atmosphere made my stomach hurt.

Best IHOP I’ve ever been too, they seated my giant part of 50, after I called 30 minutes ahead. By the time everyone arrived they were already ready for us. Hands down best. IHOP ever! Will start coming here after our bi-annual event.

I went here on 7÷12÷2015, Sunday. Party of 3 and we were seated immediately due to no overcrowding. In fact, my guy thought the place was closed due to the low amount of cars parked and even stated the absence of «activity» when he looked towards the windows. Lol. The place is bigger than any other IHOP restaurant I’ve been to and it was very clean. I chose to order the buttermilk pancakes and was given an option to choose between 3 or 5 pancakes. Of course I chose the latter because… why not? Surprisingly, I wasn’t able to finish everything on my plate. My goodness, I thought I could easily finish 5 pancakes but I guess the iced tea beverage I ordered had something to do with that. The buttermilk pancakes were so delicious and is now the only thing I will order as far as breakfast food goes. The waitress was respectful and also attentive, but not overbearing. There weren’t any fights happening for anyone to pull out their phones and press record. A peaceful afternoon and good food is what I had.

A friend and I went for breakfast on a Saturday morning. I understand why they would be busy on a Saturday morning so I didn’t mind the wait time. When we were finally seated and got our food. Everything arrived cold except my French fries. Cold eggs. Cold sausage. Cold bacon. We waited before we ate so we could tell our waitress. All she did was say sorry with an attitude. We asked to speak to the manager… All he did was say sorry. He didn’t offer us hot food. He didn’t offer a discounted bill. Probably won’t be back.

This IHOP seems like it was a family run IHOP which is always a point of appeal to me. Other than that the food was similar to any other IHOP, I definitely enjoyed the extended menu that IHOP has recently added and this place serves its purpose. The service was good, the food came quickly and the coffee was hot. Enjoy if you’re near 440 and need a place for breakfast.

The worst dinner ever. I got the Salisbury stake it seems frozen and microwaved and the split peas soup also tasted from frozen.

We have lived in the area for 2 years and I have to admit that we like this area. The service is usually good. The one time my pancakes were all raw in the center, they gave me an order to bring home. Other than that, my order has never been messed up. We never waited long for our order or to be seated. Really, except that it is so close to a busy road, I have no complaints.

Went to try the new Criss-Croissants today… Yesterday I came in anticipation of trying these for the first time. For some reason, they were not making them during the weekend… I stayed and endured the horrible service by my waitress, which is not a usual thing for this place. So, I came back today to try again! The waiter was quick and actually checked back with me to see if I needed anything else. Only downside was I felt like I was rushed through my meal. I ordered the new Criss-Croissants and eggs with hash browns on the side with wheat toast. I asked to have either the egg portion first or the criss, which ever they can get made faster, I just didn’t want both at the same time as to not have to eat cold food. Needless to say, he brought out the Criss and walked back in the kitchen and then brought out my main meal immediately after. I ordered over medium eggs and extra crispy bacon and extra crispy hash browns. The eggs whites were still runny, the hash browns were no where near crispy, soggy at best, and the bacon… Well you can’t mess up bacon! The bacon was cook crispy like I wanted. This was not my best experience at this IHOP… I think even 3 stars might be pushing it… Really considered a 2, but like I said at the beginning, the server was courteous and fast and attentive. Maybe next time will be better.

Stripper are not the only ones that love ihop being open late night! Lol… breakfast is always made right with there sample plates… pancakes are awesome… but the custom burger with the sunny side up egg egg and side of fries or onion rings is what i love to demolish when eating here lol #fatboypeoblems

It’s like any other ihop. They’re now open 24⁄7 on weekends though which is a plus after a long night. However you can’t expect much with the service. The menu has gotten a new makeover but the items are still the same besides the speciality/seasonal things they do every once in awhile usually during holidays. I usually order the combo platters to get a little bit of everything that usually includes eggs, sausage or bacon, and hash browns with pancakes, French toast or waffles. Coffees are free refills. It does get very packed so be prepared to wait… even for a parking spot.

I hate to say it, but I eat here sometimes… It’s just too close to my house. Lol. Compared to other IHOPs the food is mediocore and the portion sizes are small. The customer service(from the wait staff) is usually good and food comes out pretty quick. They’re 24 hours Fri & Sat which is another plus. Con: The AC is always has the place FREEZING. Be sure to bring a sweater! If you complain to the manager about something he doesn’t care.

I was in IHOP yesterday 3÷13÷14 and the meal was ok. I left my I.d. Home and could not pay for my meal with my bank card because the manager needed I.d. He was extremely rude to me in front of many customers. I was so embarrass. What was the big deal in taking my debit bank card to pay for a $ 26 meal? He treated me as if I was a criminal. NEVER again will I go there as long as Javier Celias and Evlyn works there!!! Poor customer service! They need to go back to management training!

Lets start by saying I’m not a breakfast person and less of a pancake person however my friend wanted to come here so I agreed. The place was packed but we got seated fast, our waiter took our order and our food didn’t take long. As far as the food goes it was decent but I think I prefer my omelets at a diner.

Never again. I always do this to myself. Am I a glutton for punishment? What is it about this place? What is it about me? I paid for this visit two fold. I thought I was melting.

I like IHOP, and this one is pretty decent. Here are some of the good qualities I noticed: ~Kind staff who accomodated with our requests. ~Very spacious in terms of table/booths arrangements. ~Overall clean, at least my table was. ~Short waiting time and I went on a Saturday too! ~Fair pricing. ~Delicious food prepared for me and my boyfriend. We ordered the«Simple & Fit Blueberry Harvest Grain ‘n Nut Combo» which was a perfectly light breakfast for me. My boyfriend had«The Breakfast Sampler», which is just as good if you want a heavier breakfast meal. =) If you could not decide on what to eat and you happen to be around the neighborhood, just hop to IHOP! *winks
