Dunkin’ Donuts

I confirmed and reiterated NO SUGAR followed by asking attendant if there was Sugar which he also confirmed and surprise, so surprise… There was a ton of sugar! I’m diabetic! I couldn’t even drink it and I had to dump it and I had already driven off because I had a fussy child. I paid for something I didn’t receive! Very disappointing because I needed the pick me up!
Can I get a refund or a free coffee the way I ordered?

The lady who just helped me could’ve smiled a little. A smile goes a long way. Just sayin. Donut was on point though!

Went through the drive thru at 6 am for a simple iced coffee and had to wait there for TEN MINUTES before they could take my order. Must’ve been Gary’s first day on the job

I don’t usually review Dunkin Donuts, or CVS’s or things of that nature… bbbbbbbuuuuuuuuuuuuutttttttttttttt:
This place is open ²⁴⁄₇ and great if you’re heading south on 1&9 and need a pick me up. OR, if you’re like me and REFUSE to pee in bushes or on the side of a road.
What? I am the least manly man you’ll ever come across. I can take on a rhino and bull simultaneously in hand to hand combat, but ask me to urinate in or on something that was not created for that sole purpose and let’s just say, my bladder becomes the victim of your request.
Not Mother Nature.
We swung by here at like 2 AM coming from NYC and service was quick, there was private parking and the shelves were stacked with food.
‘Nuff said.

I am aware that writing a review on Dunkin Donuts is silly. I mean everyone knows what they serve and half the time you cant understand a word they say in the drive– thru like the old charlie brown cartoon. But that’s not the point.
I go here almost 3 times a week. Every time I go, they don’t have the Cinnamon Raisin Bagel Twist. I cant understand why they don’t offer it. When i went to the manager to ask, they said they stop making it after 1? WHY THE ****** WOULD YOU DO THAT? What’s even worse is they have the cheedar cheese twist but not Cinnamon Raisin. Are you kidding me? I ask them everytime I go through the drive through just to break their balls and I keep telliing them they don’t have it. IT REALLY PISSES ME OFF!
THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. EITHER HAVE IT AS AN ITEM OR NOT.
Oh and they are some of the dumbest customer service people ever. If my co-​worker who gives me a ride home didnt have to have his iced coffee, I probably wouldn’t go there.
I FEEL BETTER. I guess therapy does work lol.

I always stop by around 12 — 1 AM, and the couple working there are so pleasant. My favorite DD in the area.

Surprisingly clean, and some space, though nothing really to sit down and eat at.
Staff is very nice, and helped me carry out 4 dozen donuts, two boxes of Joe and one box of munchkins. Relatively swift, although I think they could be more efficient with the boxes of Joe.
