Yes to the charging station, no to the loiters. I do not want someone coming off the street to stand next to me watching for their bus or waiting for their buddy while I’m enjoying my beverage. The workers here need to mind the door and who’s actually buying and loitering. While I was drinking my tea in one visit, this woman came in from off the street, took a chair and sat next to me to look out the window, use her phone, basically to get away from the cold. She sat next to me for about 15 minutes, no purchase. Meanwhile the seating is limited for actual paying customers. Employees mind your customers and the loiters

I stopped by this location after a long civil servant test, and I have to say it was my saving grace that day. I like the somewhat narrow but simple layout of the store but what made my quick stop smooth was the positive and funny attitudes of the staff. My two donuts stayed snuggled in my bag pack while I walked across the street to the Path station. This is should be the standard for all Dunkin’ Donuts.

It’s really a hit or miss with the coffee. I have the app and like the fact they have Perks every week especially if the Giants or Jets win a game

This Dunkin Donuts is definitely a favorite when I go to Jersey. It is in a prime location from the path, just the right size, and isn’t that busy! Their cashiers and workers are phenomenal and always there to help out. Their iced coffees are always on point– better than some Dunkin Donuts that I’ve been to in NYC.

Not open 24 hours as stated. Hours posted at the door say open until midnight. Two futile trips found them closed long before 11.

It’s donuts and coffee. They don’t always tape up the boxes of donuts. On a windy day, the box once blew out of my hand. Donuts all on the street.

Absolutely the best dunkin donuts I’ve ever been to. I have been to about 30+ over my life and this one is the best one. They are extremely nice and care about the customers. I come here every morning and they already know my order and how I want it. One time I dropped my coffee when I walked outside the store. I went back inside to get napkins to clean myself up and they gave me a free coffee without asking. I love coming here and I would totally recommend it. Best dunkin donuts!

Busy on Sunday mornings. Good music though…90s. The employees are friendly and accommodating. There’s always a place to sit and people watch.

Much larger than original location, ample seating, but short on employee diversity. What happened to Equal Opportunity hiring? Same good DD menu and courteous service.

So much better than the other location they had on Grove St which was right next to the newly opened Pizza spot. But this Dunkin Donuts had the same great customer service and since it is bigger than the other location it fits about 20 –25 people to sit. It is also very clean and organized. I’m not much of a coffee person but I do like their coffee. It may not be too strong compared to Starbucks which is pretty much a minute walk on the other side of the path, but I think it is tasty. I especially like their ice coffee black and I don’t really finish any cup of coffee but when it’s a hot day I kind of need to. I also like the new chicken sandwiches. Their bread is crunchy and soft on the inside. The chicken is flavorful. It does have this premade look that all their breakfast sandwiches have which may not seam appealing but it still tastes decent. The wake up wrap is a really great a snack on the go. I can kill them in 3 bites if I wanted to. So if your on the run… Run on Dunkin’!

I really don’t understand the East Coast DD fixation and mentality. I mean, Starbucks made it’s way all the way out here because of excellent coffee, service, treating its workers well, and yeah they have muffins. I had no idea that you guys loved your Dunkin Donuts so much though. Coffee is okay(since I can’t run home and make good coffee), and they have sugar treats. I had a «value meal»(is that what they call it?) with coffee, a bagel, and add on hash browns before I hopped on the PATH. They reheated the hash browns in a microwave right in front of me(it was 9am, can’t do some fresh taters in the morning?!?), and the coffee had been burning in the pot. Bagel was good though. Ended up handing the taters to a bum at McDonalds, tossed half the coffee, and went to work. Bagel was DELICIOUS and the service was EXCELLENT. They were so chipper! I’m so sorry for them… the staff, probably underpaid and not same benefits as the Starbucks folks closeby… where they call me Jen when my coffee is ready.

Maybe it was too early, but look happy people. Some of the employees weren’t very happy. Dunkin Donuts need to create new type of donuts. They lost their creativity. I love the old stuff, boston cream, curlers, but add new donuts too, don’t just create donuts with fillings.

The DD location in downtown JC is great. It’s right by the original Grove St. PATH entrance on the corner of Grove St. and Newark Ave. The service here is fast, friendly, and delivered with a smile. That’s great customer service. I always get a hazelnut with cream and 2 sugar. It’s made right and piping hot. The person taking the order is the one that’s making it. If you go to a location that passes it off to someone, there’s a 50% chance that the order will be messed up, either too sweet or too light or mixed up if you get more than one order of joe. Note: This location does not have seating nor does it have a drive through. If you’re on foot, live a reasonable walking distance, taking a bus, getting off the PATH or about to go on and need that cup of DD, go here.

This is my first review of a Dunkin Donuts and probably my last. But I couldn’t resist the urge to give this place praise. I have never been to a Dunkin Donuts where the staff was more friendly and efficient than at this location. They’re polite. They greet you. They say ‘good morning, welcome to Dunkin Donuts.’ They call me ‘sir,’ which is probably undeserved, but respectful nevertheless. One particular cashier consistently takes my order while she is simultaneously cashing out the customer ahead of me. I’m consistently in and out of this place in less than 2 minutes, which is pretty awesome since I’m always trying to catch the train.

Jersey City runs on DD! This Dunkin location is great. They handle the morning rush like pros. The line between 8:30−10AM is usually out the door, but they are speedy with taking drink and food orders and getting customers in and out. There is no seating at this location… strictly pick-up and go. The staff is super friendly though.

Right location, close to the train. Sadly they no longer serve smoothies and the latte machine has been on the fritz a few times. I will take DD over Starbucks any day they have better hot chocolate which is an A plus in my book.
