Lots of people go in here for the ice cream but you should really look in to the donuts. They are«ok». Also wifi in the store.

Like any dunkin their new cappuchinos are good at any chain location. Their is no parking. It is really spacious, but not a good spot to sit down and do some work like a traditional local café though. But this dunkin is always good for take out.

I don’t understand all the negative reviews, but then again most are months old. I started coming to this location when I had to meet a coworker weekend mornings on our way to work. I have yet to have a gripe and if you see my other reviews you will know the I don’t hold back with gripes. I am a simple girl — dunkaccino all the time and a toasted croissant with butter some times. My dunkaccino tastes the same all the time and it’s always good. Croissant is typical of every location, if I wanted a fancy decadent pastry i would visit an establishment that boasts those. The staff is always friendly and I’m always greeted with a smile(even when I’m not in the best of moods)

It’s passable, but chaotic. You get asked for your order at one register, then they yell over to the other register to get your order. While they make your drink, they then try to piece together your order between two cashiers. It’s really stupid. This place needs to hire at least one more person for the AM shift. To those complaining about what happens in the restaurant — this is Jersey City, and right by Journal Square on Bergen Ave at that. So that should not factor in your experience because it’s to be expected there. There’s lots of homeless people, and this is the melting pot area of the city — you have the«ghetto» meeting«downtown» by the most important transportation hub in the city. Literally A-Z if you were to name the characters you see in this area.

The staff are friendly but on a irregular basis. I’m in and out very quickly but my order is only sometimes right. During rush hour the wait time is short at least that’s been my experience. Food I’ve order seems fresh and the coffee is always hot but have to order it black do to the DD expectation — always make drinks for people who like coffee light with tons of sugar. Location, southwest corner of Sipp Avenue and Bergen, which shouldn’t be confused with the DD on the opposite side of JSQ. Its convenient but wouldn’t go out of my way if I’m not in the direct area.

The DD products are all pretty standard. 5 starts for this location bc they always are nice and do what you ask.

It’s Dunkin’ Donuts. What else is there to say? The food is fine and my order was right, but the donuts looked like someone obviously did not give a crap when finishing them. This is definitely one of the dreariest DDs I’ve been to — dim and dark and sad. The people there remind me of the news story where the Korean grandpas order a fry and a coffee and stay there the whole day. There are people who order a small coffee and sit there forever talking to each other. Doesn’t bother me — just don’t bother me when I’m hung over and eating my sandwich and donuts.

how difficult is it to fry dough and add sugar. this place was not good and i prefer doughnuts from a bakery.

I’ve given this place the benefit of the doubt multiple times, but have given up. It’s the worst dunkin donuts ever! It doesn’t represent the chain at all. 1) They’re SUPER slow(how does a black coffee take 5 mins one day?!); 2) They always mess up the order because they don’t speak English(I’ve had to wait for them to find someone in back to come speak English to me before), 3) It’s filthy and full of homeless people begging or sleeping in the doorstep like another reviewer mentioned. 4) inedible half the time. Today my vanilla latte tastes like some sort of chemical cleaner was accidentally mixed in and I can’t drink it for fear I’ll get sick. Another time i asked for the veggie English muffin and it was cold in the center still. I hope the chain gets this place straightened out because it’s real close to my work, but from now on I’ll gladly drive a bit further to be able to actually drink my lattes.

I don’t know what to make of this DD besides the fact that its good for studying when I have no where else to go. A bunch of homeless people go in there to catch a nap… some crazy parents come in with kids crawling on the floor… another lady sitting by herself laughing hysterically like she’s high. The worst part there WiFi doesn’t work. The good thing you can use there bathroom, the stuff isn’t that bad… maybe its just the location that sucks. I like the croissants with eggs… not bad for breakfast

I give this place 3 stars overall, I love their location they are right by my house. This location is considered the journal square area. What I noticed about this area is the staff is much better in the morning then the staff in the evening. Be cautious though sometimes it can be really packed and not worth the wait. I will continues to come here but only in the morning.

They are unbelievably slow here and have a chaotic routine. I only go for the coffee. I wish there was another local coffee spot.

I usually speak well of the Dunkin Donuts chain. The coffee brand is good and some places are great. But this store is the bottom of the barrel. Baked goods are stale, iced coffe got me sick(either left out at room temperature or dispenser not cleaned). If you want a Dunkin Donut go to Union City or Journal Square.

This place has a ways to go. The donuts are hellish. Last weekend I got two with mold on both of them. I saw a dead fly In a cup it’s just a nightmare I won’t be going back

This is my friendly, local Dunkin’ Donuts. I come here every Sunday morning for my coffee and bagel. And i came here today since i’m off, after a night of trying to kidnap Feist. But thats a whole other story. Its still a new place so its still very clean and the employees do a great job of keeping it clean and neatly arranged. The donut turnover is fast, so there’s a good chance that the donut you want will be there. The bagels, however, run out by mid-afternoon. The coffee, as expected, is always fresh and always hits the spot. Plus, there are some cute girls working behind the counter and believe me, cuteness goes a long way in giving a place a good rating.
