The only reason I ever go here is because it’s a quick way to pay my bill, since it’s so close to home.
The service is spotty. Sometimes the representatives are kind of friendly. Sometimes they virtually ignore you. Sometimes they’re obviously trying (poorly) to help too many people at once.
It reeks of incense. I had a headache when I left yesterday, and I was there less than ten minutes.
Also, they asked if «I was going to pay them cash, right?» before they even took my name or phone number to pull up my account. That felt a little shady. The guy did manage to print a copy of my receipt though, so at least I know the bill actually was paid.
They offer a small selection of phones and accessories, but I have never purchased merchandise there, so I can’t speak for that aspect of their business.
Update: Toady there were 4 people in there. 1 was working. 2 stared at me the whole time I was in there. Very awkward. Also they charged me $ 5 to pay cash. I’m waiting on a new debit card, so I didn’t have a choice but it sure did annoy me.
