Really nice barber shop, very clean and modern. Also all the barbers are really good when it comes to fades, shape-​ups etc. The prices are very fair as well, the only thing keeping this place from a 5 star is the fact that when it comes to more modern /​scissor haircuts they are not the best.

Don’t come here my barber gio… doesn’t know how to cut hair… he was to busy telling me how he went out and popped a pill!!! Like whoa dude… learn how to cut hair bro!!! My cut looked like it popped a pill, he also looked like he was still on that pill… smh

Do not go here! Giovanni who was my barber was absolutely horrible. He literally called a bookie and organized a bet on a baseball game while cutting my hair. I can’t make that up. The haircut was just as bad as the service. I explained what I wanted but he was too preoccupied with secondary income streams.

All the guys here really know how to cut hair. It’s by far the most convenient place for me to get my haircut, but I would travel for the consistency, consideration, and service that these guys provide each time I go in to get my haircut. These guys keep impressing. Definitely the place to go to get your hair cut well in Jersey City.

This place is haircut heaven man! I was recommended by a friend to go here and go to Will. My man can cut like nobody’s business. After the first haircut, I have had a standing appointment everyday Friday. Always on time, crisp haircuts every time, enjoyable environment, and shop filled with good people. I thoroughly look forward to my haircut every Friday. Will is that dude with the buzzer and clippers! Strongly suggest everyone go here! See you next Friday morning my man!

I just moved to JC from LI, and decided to try the closest barber to me. At this shop, a regular cut is $ 15. Will (iam) gave me a great cut and trimmed my beard. I can definitely recommend him, and will be coming here in the future.

This new barbershop just opened recently and is right across the street from me. I got 2 haircuts from Al, the owner, and he did a great job. He’s very thorough and the place has a good overall vibe.

These guys are as good as it gets. I’ve spent four years in this city, bouncing from barber to barber, trying to find someone to handle my under-​cut the specific way I like it, and these guys have done it perfect, every single time. They take their time, listen to what you want, and execute it masterfully. You can tell just sitting there; they do shape-​ups, designs, scissor cuts, everything with precision and care, like true artists. Clean spot, good crowd, down to earth and chill barbers, not too expensive, not to mention they’re funny as anything — always an entertaining conversation going on somewhere around the shop. Everything about the experience is positive. Sometimes it’ll take a while to get in the chair, but seriously, it’s well worth the wait; looking as good they make you takes time and patience. Al’s Corner Barber has without a doubt earned my continual business; I look forward to getting my haircut every time.
