This place is a BIG NO. First of all they are expensive for the location and surrounding place. People get robbed at night on the edge of knife if you walk alone or go out for a walk. I lost my motorcycle which got stolen from right in front of the building and still have no clue despite of surveillance cameras around the building. Later I found those equipment were of very cheap quality and does not do much Video quality was utterly low. They were not helpful at all to check camera footage until a police detective came in 2 days later. Management is horrible and don’t help much. Don’t expect them to help you for any unfortunate event.
Other downsides:
— Expensive parking if opted
— Pool open only for 4 months whereas they charge amenities for full year.
— Too much noise from surrounding areas — nearby construction, lightrail, zepplin hall etc.

Today I’m leaving 18 Park. Me and my husband really enjoyed living here. Location is nice, building is completely new.
We had studio at 7^th floor. It was nice and cozy, white walls, new kitchen and bathroom were nice. Management is nice and responsive. Polite and friendly. Special thanks to receptionists and maintenance guys. Everything was fixed quickly.
Why four stars? In winter time it was really cold. Windows are not for winter. The single heating u can get — from air condition but it just burn air.
And the other thing is new building next 18 Park. Workers starts early. At 7 am. But I’m getting up 8. And sometimes they working on Saturdays! From 7am as well. And it’s really loud. Windows are not protecting from cold and outside noise.
But soon I hope workers will finish and 18 Park will continue being awesome place to stay.
