Favorite Starbucks– fan for years… Great staff. Know their product: serve coffee right temp and strength. Manage the crowds well — fast service.

Amazing staff! I am there every morning and the staff is cheerful and friendly. They are extremely efficient and work well together. I am in and out quickly whereas I can wait for 10 minutes at other locations. I live closer to the Roslyn Starbucks as well as both Westbury Starbucks and travel to Jericho daily. They are the only store which makes my Mocha Frap with the same consistency. You would think that every store follows the same recipe but this is not true. Not sure what Roslyn does, but the Mocha Fraps are horrible there. The owner of this Jericho location is lucky to have this staff!

STAFF gets CRANKY before closing. I totally understand your grief. BUT try to be a little nicer and more professional. Staff also needs to SIMMERDOWN when friends drop by. Cut down on the L O U D chit-chat. It just looks bad. This isn’t a God-damned BAR — it’s a STARBUCKS. But– I will forgive them as this as a rule of thumb: rich snooty STARBUCKS locations make some pretty awful customers. That can take it’s toll on the associates. I’m sure this crew has it’s hands full. But folks– try to be a little nicer AFTER8:00PM. If I was a «secret shopper» you’d be in BIG trouble with Corporate. LOCALSTARBUCKSLOCATIONSRATINGS by Me. EXCELLENT/VERY GOOD — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — - 1) HUNTINGTON(Village). Nicest most professional staff — long time employees as well. Seating is better than most. Traffic is high but this location makes everything work well! Long line out the door? No fears. You will be served in like 3 minutes and out of there! 2)LONGBEACH. The BIGGESTSTARBUCKS on the planet. Always get a seat on Friday & Saturday nights!!! I dare you to try that at ANY other Starbucks on Long Island… only ONE little restroom though! Usually a line of 2 or 3 people on it before you. How’d that happen ? VERYGOOD /GOOD — — — — — — — — — – 3) SEAFORD. High traffic but ample seats for a medium sized store. Most associates here are on the ball & friendly. Very civil clientele for some reason. In the summer I get my All American Burger food from across the street –then come here to buy a drink — sit, eat & enjoy! GOOD /FAIR — — — — — — — — — — — — — — 3a) FARMINGDALE3b) MELVILLE3c) COMMACK BAD — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — – 3) WOODBURY. Ditto Jericho review. All around f***king obnoxious(even though some of the employees can be nice) Customers are especially obnoxious here. This location is TOO brightly lit at night and staff seems to like to «crank up the music» after 8:00PM to an uncomfortable level – like they are saying«don’t sit here too long– we are closing in a few hours!». F**K YOU. 4) PLAINVIEW. Way too small. Ditto Jericho & Woodbury problems. Cramped. Associates here usually have attitude . (*NOTE: as both these locations pretty much suck– They both have OUTDOOR seating in nice weather making it easier to get a seat. This seating«plus» saves BOTH from the SH*T list below) 4a) JERICHO. The MALE workers get TOOLOUD&CHATTY in there. TOO many friends dropping by. Shut the F up and get back to work. The lady workers are usually quiet however. Night staff is cranky – especially a hour before they close. I know you want to go home but TOOBAD. You’re open for business at 8:45PM– DEALWITHIT and be professional. Lady manager had SERIOUS bad attitude on our last visit. POOR /SH*TTY — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — - 5) SYOSSET. Guess what? They re-modeled and TOOKMORESEATSAWAY! F**K You. I pay a pretty penny for your drinks — I WANNASEAT.(NOTE: This Starbucks was already designated as a study hall for local pre-med students– used to be NEAR impossible to get a seat there– now it’s COMPLETELY impossible to get a seat here!) Again; F**K YOU. Staff was great about 2 — 3 years ago. I loved the very tall bald guy that worked there — he was awesome. Service now is basic with a few of the employees getting too chatty and too familiar & too loud with customers. Knock it off. Shut up. 6) MERICK. What the f**k is it with STARBUCKS located in upscale areas? Is there something in the water? Nasty uncaring Worker/hipsters with man-buns need to be spanked with a toilet plunger. SUPER uncomfortable seats too. Horrible view of the road. The lack of seating in here says«Hey, this location is for TAKEOUT only» . 7) R O C K V I L L E C E N T R E . I despise this one. Ditto Merrick BUTWORSE ! This place had some excellent managers in the past — now all gone. Had some good workers in the past — now all gone. ALWAYSBUSY with a LONGLINE even on a f***king SUNDAYMORNING at 7:45PM! WHo the hell wakes up that early on a Sunday Morning??? Let me count the ways of evil: 1) No staff member lasts here for more than 3 months(no matter how GOOD or BAD they are) it must really SUCK working here because of… 2) As usual too few seats for the INCREDIBLE amount of HIGHTRAFFIC this snoot-bag rich entitled-bitch town provides. 3) ENDLESS parade of those screaming Ugg wearing selfie-taking teen age girls TAKINGUPSEATS and NOTBUYINGANYTHING in the store! I mean ENDLESS — especially on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. 4) dick-head douchebag customers that DOUBLEPARK in front of the store on a NARROW busy street causing extremely dangerous conditions to pick up their orders! 5) human clutter leaning all over and INFRONT of the milk & sugar & napkin station – texting and completely OBLIVIOUS that they are«kinda in the way».

Not a fan of this starbucks. I ordered a drink, with soy. When I noticed the barista making it in the cup labeled dairy I inquired to see if she could please make it in a non-dairy labeled cup and she told me «It actually doesn’t matter, they’re the same.» Umm, excuse me, if I’m paying $ 4.5+ for a glorified cup of cup of coffee. I asked her nicely and I know that it’s a Starbucks policy to use the properly labeled cups. Her laziness was definitely annoying and reason enough for me not to return.

Service overall has improved. I often get smiles and friendly baristas. I would give this place more stars if it weren’t for the male barista with the beard. He has a chip on his shoulder and often asks you the same question 2 – 3 times. And if he makes a mistake, he cops an attitude like it’s your fault. Starbucks should re-train him or have him work in a different location. Don’t come to Jericho and cop an attitude. If I’m polite to you then you should be polite in return. Other than this guy, the other baristas have been pleasant overall.

A step up from the location in Woodberry Village but could use some work. Staff is friendly although apparently it is a requirement that manager types are insanely LOUD. Good grief, woman. We hear you! Also, bossy. I have a problem when staff members are bossy and rude to each other. I don’t care if you’re the«boss». Don’t be an asshole. Typical complaints: poor use of space, limited seating, and FREEZING cold(another four layer day plus the hood of my hoodie is up… which makes me insane). Cleaner than many others in the area except for one place: please please please consider cleaning the bottoms of the bench along the wall where the outlets are. Really sketch down under there.

I should of listened when my GPS was trying to take me to a different Starbucks — but I knew this one was here, so I figured might as well stop in. Walked into the smallest Starbucks ever– unless there’s hidden seating in the back I count 16 chairs and 3 at the«bar»… at 130 in the afternoon there was apparent confusion behind the counter like 6 employees back there, yelling/hollering, no one could figure out what another order was, not to mention I just stood there waiting for them to take my order. They also did not have a single hot sandwich I asked for, which is extremely irritating. I will drive the extra 5 mins next time and go elsewhere this one just rubbed me the wrong way today.

If I had to say which was my absolute favorite Starbucks I would definitely say it was this one. The store is huge and has plenty of seating. The Baristas are super friendly and anxious to help you. I have never had a bad drink or bad service ever in this location. It is always nice to be greeted by name when you come in the door with big smiling faces. Kudos to stacey the manager and her super crew of Baristas. Job well done over and over again thanks

Drinks are always great, but the staff manages to disappoint over and over. One time, a barista played«Hotel California» on his phone, on repeat, and we left. Loud swearing and gossip is common. Not a great atmosphere.

I love this little Starbucks tucked away in a corner. It’s clean, well maintained, friendly baristas, has excellent music in the background every time and you feel like spending more time here whether it be to read a book or get done work done or just have a conversation. Good job guys, keep up the good work.

They move through customers fast here, and that’s usually great, but they burned the espresso I ordered to an awful mess. And more than the waste of money on completely undrinkable coffee, one barista actually corrected me when I asked for a double macchiato. «A doppio macchiato?» Yes little valley girl from nowhere long island, a double.

There’s one Barista here who always manages to annoy me. She mostly works the cash register, probably because she’s not trusted to make any drinks. She’s very slow at the checkout, always asks several times what I ordered, and swipes my card wrong. However, everybody else is great. My drinks are always perfect.

Sorry to say this was one of the most disappointing Starbucks locations I’ve ever been to. The line wasn’t long. The barista kept on walking around while taking my order so of course he got it wrong. When I tried to get my drink fixed, I couldn’t get anyone’s attention so I finally just gave up. In high school I use to work at a Starbucks. It’s always my go-to coffee spot. I know the quality of service to expect and this was not it.

Staff is super friendly and remembers your drink if you come in often enough, they usually always have the pastry you are looking for, or the mug that fits perfectly into your hand. It should be noted that this location is in the same shopping center as Whole Foods and the parking lot can be a complete NIGHTMARE at times. Also, since it’s close to NYIT and Suny Old Westbury expect to run into classmates and fight for a plug should you need to charge your tablet/phone/laptop/eyelash curler. OH and a friendly — helpful tip: As a frequent customer park in a real parking spot!!! — Just because you need your caffeine fix doesn’t mean your BMW/Mercedes can’t be parked like all the other cars in the parking lot!

Starbucks is Starbucks. All good. This particular store has a suoper friendly staff and a clover brewer machine. Try it — it’s different. I like the ethiopian blend — strong and not too bitter. Staff here is always pleasant.

As a law student, I’m always looking for places to study where there are few distractions and the coffee is plentiful. In light of the recent«Starbucks War on Laptop Hobos» that I’ve read about, I’m pretty thankful that, as a laptop hobo, I can buy my one tall vanilla latte at 10AM and then study at a table in this Starbucks until 6 or 7PM. I bring my books and laptop, use the wifi, and the only occasional interruptions I’ve had are by other coffee consumers exchanging pleasantries with me.
