Took 2 watches in for battery changes, the first warch quit 4 months later, the second one the first time it got wet it got water in it and then quit working. So I took them back only to have her tell me it wasn’t water resistant! DO NOT TAKE YOUR STUFF HERE

I bought my black rhodium plated engagment ring in to have the stone tightened. When I came back the ring looked like badly tarnished silver, they told me it had been «really dirty». When I replied with «That was black rhodium!» The first looked at the second, confused, and asked «Have you ever heard if that?»
Two days later, one of the side gems fell out!
After fighting with the manager he agreed to replate the ring and replace the stone for free, acting like he was doing me a favor not fixing their mistake.
I’ve worn the ring a few days, but I keep it on a necklace while I’m at work.
The «plating» is already wearing off. I will NEVER be back. I suggest no one else either.

Called and asked about a battery replacement. They charge $ 20! For a battery! I called Miracle, who is just down the road and they do it for .99 $.
