Went to order a glasses after Seeing the doctor in the same building. They were providing information without telling me if that charge was covered by insurance or not, they promised to have my classes ready in 10 business days. While waiting for about 3 weeks I got no update, after calling I was held for 30mins then was told the gWent to oeder a glasses after See the doctor in the same building. They were providing information to you without telling you if that charge was covered by insurance or not, they promised to have your classes ready in 10 business days. While waiting for about 3 weeks you got no update, after calling them I was holding for 30mins then was told the glasses was shipped to wrong office and was promised to come back in 1 day. I didn’t hear from them on the same day I ordered one month ago and was told the glasses wast there. This is the ‘nicest’ thing of this office’s professionalism. Wish it’s just my experience and good luck if you do business with them.
