I just had the distinct pleasure of picking up my wedding band. I had managed to lose one of the little diamonds on the side. David and Scott were fantastic! I dropped it off on New Year’s eve and it was already completed, even with the holiday and the weekend. They couldn’t have been more accommodating, talented, and gracious. I will only buy jewelry from Rosnov! Thank you for making my ring like new again.

I went in to Rosnov based on their reviews and I’m glad I did. I needed my wedding ring resized and they were really nice, showed a great deal of knowledge and expertise. They truly are a family business and they I really like that about them. My rings were done in just a few days and they turned out beautiful. They polished them up as well, they looked brand new. I would absolutely recommend them and would definitely go back to them.

This place is the best!!! I wandered in one day just killing time in the neighborhood waiting for a friend and David was so friendly. I took a card and about 6 months later I went back there to have some sizing done and to buy a new wedding band. The experience was fantastic. I LOVE going to Rosnov’s. Everyone is nice and so much fun to talk to. Their designs are beautiful and they will even work with you to create a design of your own. Customer service is superb, I am a new customer and I will not go anywhere else now. There is no doubt that customer satisfaction comes first.

Any time I would like a new piece of jewelry or need something fixed or adjusted, I only go to Rosnov. I am always welcomed when I walk in and helped right away. The staff is so helpful with helping me figure out exactly what I want if i am unsure, and if i am sure, the customer service is impeccable, prices are very reasonable, and the turnaround time is unlike any other Jeweler. I am so happy with all of my experiences with Rosnov! highly reccommend as you will not find another Jeweler like Scott and David!

I’m getting a little fat and my wedding ring is getting tight. I needed to get it re-​sized. First I tried Diane Glynn at the Jenkintown Pavilion. The person there said that their store only works on jewelry that they themselves sell. (I think this is bizarre because for all they know I could potentially become a good customer.) Anyway, next I went to Rosnov’s. I was treated very well. It was obvious that they knew what to do. They knew, for instance, that because it was a hot day, my ring would be tighter that day. The jeweler thought that he could stretch the ring, but if that didn’t work out, he could add some metal. The ring was ready the next day and it fits perfectly. I was extremely pleased with the service I received and highly recommend this store.

David and Scott make buying jewelry a fun experience. This store has been in the business for over 100 years. If you live in the city or the surrounding area, it’s well worth the trip to Jenkintown. Not knowing anything about jewelry, Scott and David easily helped me choose the perfect gift for my girlfriend. Couldn’t be more happy with my experience.

Once again, I had a very positive experience at Rosnovs. I had diamond stud earrings that I wanted to change into hanging earrings. I bought a pair of diamond huggies at Rosnovs and they attached them to my studs at no additional charge. They did a fantastic job for a very fair price. This has been and remains my «go to» store for all special occasion jewelry! Thank you Rosnovs for a job well done, once again.

David Rosnov and his family have been in the business for an extremely long time and it shows. They do excellent work and the customer service is absolutely top notch.
