Do not buy a mattress here. The sales staff will try to strong arm you into buying a $ 2,000 mattress you can’t afford. Even if you choose a less expensive mattress, they will INSIST that you purchase a $ 50 warranty and a $ 59 mattress protector or else they threaten that you cannot return the mattress. This is bullshit. Buy the same brand mattress at Macy’s or Sleepy’s without the hype and additional payments.

We purchased our first sectional from this particular Raymour & Flanigan. The staff is very friendly and not intrusive. We went to the store 3 times before deciding to make a purchase and each time we left and told our associate we weren’t ready to buy they were never ever pushy, and never made us feel awkward for not making a purchase. When we were ready to buy, the service was extremely fast and delivery was set up for 3 days after our purchase. We’ll be back to this R&F if we need more furniture!
