Up front with their prices — which are fair. Transparent with what they are doing and what needs to be done in the future. I get my inspection there as well and they are honest. I think we are lucky to have them in the area.

I am a female student with a very old car and needed a mechanic who wasn’t going to take advantage of my lack of knowledge when it comes to cars, would be affordable, and wouldn’t try to get me to fix every little problem wrong with my very old car. I took my car to Otto and Ron’s after being referred by a classmate when my car was making a terrible sounding noise. They drove it around, diagnosed the noise, and replaced the part in twenty minutes and for under $ 40. I can’t believe the outstanding service I received here, it’s very rare these days! This is definitely a place that will try to help you quickly and won’t rip you off. I’ve been to a lot of auto place, and this is by far the best!
