I’ve always been a fan of reviewing a business for what it is. In this case we’re talking about higher end fast food, not a waiter-style restaurant, and not mom’s cooking. This being the case, it’s an easy four stars. Where else can you get Italian styled food this fast and cheap outside of pizza? We used to have these in AZ, and boy do I miss them! Visited here twice while visiting my sister in GR.
The food has always been good, and nothing has changed there. I’m a big fan of the Chicken Parmigano, and the Penne Romano (which is new, I think, since the AZ days). As far as flavor in a fast-food chain, not a lot tops it, maybe Chipotle or In-N-Out? The breadsticks are great, plenty, and buttery (this ain’t health food. Get it… Got it… Good!“
The staff was, good, nice, and kept the breadsticks coming!
Would easily maintain my Dukedom if I lived in the area. And please don’t be shy, MI folk — don’t let them dry up like they did in AZ. :(

Just admit it, you’re here for the bread sticks. By no means is this classic or authentic Italian food. Grandma made better but not in 5 mins with endless bread sticks. Its carb heaven, just what I was looking for.

I don’t really care for this place. The food I got was «meh» and the sauce was watery. I drive past it often because Meijer is right there, but the parking lot if often empty even when other businesses in the area are packed.
I can cook better pasta at home so I don’t bother. But I suppose if you don’t want to cook, it was pretty cheap.
Service was fast, wait staff was nice.

It is fast and in the cheap range, but not tasty. It is the McDonald’s of Italian.
The employees at this particular Fazoli’s are very nice and friendly, which is why I gave them a 2 (if I could rate it 1.5, I would).

My friends and I love this place. We often have group dinners here and the employs are always friendly and put up with us. The food is delicious, it’s fast, and pretty cheap!
