Jekyll Island

Jekyll Island is absolutely one of the best places ive ever been to. Am not a huge fan of the beach, but my gf is. We decided to go her for the weekend of my birthday. This was the most simply the most incredible place we could of gone that was not too far away from home (about 6hrs away from Miami). I loved how rich in history this place is, i had been to Georgia in the past but this island cannot compare to my previous visit. I loved the architecture and the scenery is breathtaking. There are trails to take walks, bike rides and even horse rides. The private carriage ride which is $ 45 is simply the best, our tour guide gave us tips on places to have dinner and was very knowledgeable in regards to the history of the plantation. I HIGHLY recommend a stop here, will def not regret it!
