I’ve been to plenty of these flea market type malls. The best ones I have seen in the area overall are in Middletown and off of 10th street in Jeffersonville. Vendor’s Village is the worst I have seen. The other reviewer is absolutely correct when they posted that the place looks like a dumping ground for leftover items that didn’t sale at a yard sale. Also, spot on was the remark about junk just being tossed into a booth. This place is close to the Salvation Army in spirit but with high prices. When I go to these places I normally have serious money to spend and I’m mainly looking for unique items and antiques. You wont find these types of items at Vendor’s Village. Even though I live closer to this location than others, I will not bother to return. It’s not worth the trip.

I enjoy visiting the Vendors Village. The booths aren’t personally ran by the company that supplies the building. With that being said they don’t regulate what each individual vendor sells. I have found several treasures here! I recently purchased a antique Waterford Crystal lamp for $ 8. The staff is always is also so polite!

A walk through Vendor’s Village on Saturday revealed endless booths of what appeared to be the leftover items that didn’t sell at real flea markets, disorganized piles of junk(everything from torn up clothing to an accessible commode seat) that looked and smelled as though they had spent the past 15 years sitting in the booth owners’ garages before being haphazardly piled in the booths, shelves upon shelves of outdated and expired food and toiletries, extremely worn out furniture, and odd items like homemade Halloween costumes being sold in November. Perhaps most bizarre were the prices in Vendors Village which far exceeded the actual value of the items. I suppose there is a niche crowd that likes places like Vendor’s Village, however if you are seeking antiques, collectibles, or even decent thift store items look elsewhere.
