Still no reply.
I have been patiently waiting for a response to my repeated requests to have my bed taken care of. For the second time in two years the rails to my soft side mattress, the rails are stretching past the lower foundation and are hanging down. I did what Robin requested by sending photos of the mattress but she has not responded.
