Simple Cleaning

I bought this groupon as a Mother’s Day gift for my mom as my parents were in the process of moving out of their house. We wanted to clean it before the new owners took possession but didn’t want my mom to have to do all the work. First off, they were 30 minutes late for a 12:00 appointment because they couldn’t find the residence. They called me and I told them to wait in a location and my mom would meet them and lead them to the house. My mom drove all over trying to find them and they ended up sitting at a T 3 miles the other direction. That made them 30 minutes late. When they got there the lady had to use my mom’s cellphone to text her dad to call the next client and tell them they would be late. She showed up with her daughter and said that the deal I bought was for one cleaner and since there were 2 «cleaners» it would only be two hours; I paid $ 99 for 4 hours for one cleaner. Since the house was empty, my mom gave them specific directions to clean bathrooms and sinks, wipe out cabinets and dust light fixtures. When my uncle stopped at the house at 2:00 they were gone. My mom went to the house later that night and cabinets were not wiped out, faucets and sinks were still dirty, and light fixtures had not been touched. My mom contacted Amy and she said that the clients (us) were no shows and we made them 30 minutes late because they couldn’t find the residence, had no cellphone service, and the daughter (me) gave them wrong directions. They were extremely rude, not efficient, and did not do their job cleaning the house. I would not recommend this deal or company to anyone.
