Last night I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. One was a thin crust, extra sauce, NOCHEESE(I’m vegan, so I never order cheese on my pizza), extra mushrooms, onion, jalapeño, banana pepper, tomato, black and green olives. One was for my son and the other for me. My son met the delivery driver and paid for the pizzas and gave a tip. I was busy doing other things at that time and about 20 minutes later I was ready to eat. When I opened the box I see a pizza covered in cheese and with only mushrooms. I called the store and described the problem and the woman on the phone said«yeah, they sent you the mess up pizza that came out of the oven» I asked what they were going to do to fix this and she said«our ovens are already turned off so we can’t send you another pizza. All I can do is credit you the price you paid for the incorrect pizza.» I told her that they should do more than that to compensate me since I know had to do without my pizza and she said that I took too long to call(it had been about 15 – 20 minutes since the pizza was delivered). I told her the credit for their mistake was not acceptable considering the inconvenience for me.(plus it was obvious that they knew they’d sent the wrong pizza, probably right after it went out the door, since she knew right away that I got«the mistake pizza») She said«I’m not going to argue with you». I asked to speak with the manager and she said«I am the manager». I asked her who her manager is and she said his name is Hank and he’s not in right now and he’ll be in…”. I then asked her what her name is and she very rudely said«My name is Lee, just like I told you when I first answered the phone». I asked her if she would spell her name for me(wanted to be sure if it was Lee, Leah, or if I possibly heard her wrong, Dee or something) she then hung up on me. I called back and as soon as she answered I told her that I was the person who just called and I wanted to make sure I had her name right. That’s the only words she let me get out before she said«I’m not going to argue with you» and she hung up! This is HORRIBLE customer service! I know that mistakes happen, but to be treated that way, especially by someone who has been appointed as manager of a store, is appalling! I WILL be calling to speak with her manager, Hank, and I WILL be calling corporate as well! VERY rude to try and turn it around on me as if it was my fault because I waited 15 minutes before I opened my pizza box and VERY rude interaction on the phone when I called about something that was THEIRMISTAKE!!!

One star is being too gracious to this disaster of a store. We were quoted X time for delivery, it arrived 35minutes late, cold, and by the rudest little punk. We call to complain and sit on hold for 20 minutes-they’re still open for another 30minutes. Finally decide to drive there for some sort of resolution, the doors are locked. They don’t close til 11, but that means nothing to them apparently. Finally got someone to come to the door, and all we found was the delivery driver is rude, because he was trained by a rude manager. We were told they don’t take orders for delivery or carry out if the orders mean they will be there past 11. The manager refused to help us or resolve the issue at all, instead she took our receipt, told us to get off the property. Needless to say, Pizza Hut is no longer our easy dinner choice, and nobody should go here because they really don’t give a damn about you, and if you complain about being treated like garbage, they already have your money so they really don’t care to assist you further.

The kids and I had about one hour to spare between school functions at Jeff High last night so we decided to try the newly remodeled Pizza Hut around the corner. We were given our menus as soon as we were seated and she took our drink orders and she promptly came back for our food orders. All four of us ordered wings. Two of us had the kid’s meal which was 5 wings, fries and a drink. My oldest and I ordered 8 wings and water. It took at least 30 minutes to get our meal. The wings were piping hot and tasted decent, but unless they’re bloody it’s kind of hard to screw up a wing. The kids drinks were small so they needed refills a couple of times. It was fastest just to go up to the counter and ask for refills. There was only one waitress and she had about 7 tables to tend. There seemed to be plenty people behind the scenes though so not sure what was taking so long for the food. Anyway, we ran out of time before having to go back to school so I asked for to go boxes and needed to pay. I paid and it seemed higher than I was expecting so I glanced and saw we were charged extra for children’s drinks. I said, «I thought those were included in the meals?» She said no so I went on back to the table where I started to scold my kids because I usually will only let them order soda if they are included in the meal. My daughter went and grabbed a menu and showed me that they indeed should’ve been included. So… I went back to the counter and showed the same girl that yes, they should’ve been included. That’s when I noticed we were also charged for 2 fries that should’ve been included. I ended up being charged $ 7.98 total more than we ate. I got a refund after she got the manager, but it seemed like a lot of hassle and we were almost late getting back to the school.

Had high hopes since this place was newly remodeled. Took 45 minutes to get a sub par pizza that was overcooked. The waitress had to be asked 3 times to refill the salad bar, finally at the 35 minute mark we gave up and just waited on the pizza. We then had no napkins or silverware and had to go up to the hostess desk and serve ourselves. The waitresses are rude, the pizza is awful unless you order to go or delivery. The customers coming in and ordering pizza to go were in and out in 15 — 20 minutes. New look, same problems. Don’t waste your time or money.

«New paint, same terrible service.» This Pizza Hut was just closed for several weeks while it underwent a total interior and external renovation. Shortly after its grand reopening I visited to see if the franchise location, which had previously been known for its terrible service and sub-par pizza, had improved. The hostess had a difficult time finding us a table in the nearly empty restaurant because only a few of the tables had been bused and the rest were covered in dirty dishes. Even though we asked for a booth and there were many unoccupied booths we had to sit at a half booth half chair set up because none of the booths had been bused. We ordered breadsticks as an appetizer as well as a pizza. The pizza arrived before the breadsticks. It was only upon delivering the pizza to the table that the waitress realized that she had forgotten about the breadsticks and that they had been sitting in the kitchen while our pizza had been baking. She then brought us our cold breadsticks. At least the thin and crispy pizza was edible. It certainly isn’t the best pizza around. It isn’t even the best chain pizza but it is cheap and edible. Next time I’ll order to go though.
