You could find better service and prices at another place. Wouldnt waste my time again going into this place.

I have been back a few times since my original review and I don’t feel like it was fair to judge them based on smoking alone. It is still smoker friendly, but so are most bars in Indiana. It’s got cheap drinks and I see the guys from Jeff Boat all the time getting food from there. I’ve also seen patrons at the bar eating and the food looks decent. It’s the closest establishment to my house that serves alcohol and I’ve had a good time most of the times I’ve been there. The girls behind the counter haven’t been the most friendly servers to me, but maybe they think I’m a prostitute since I’m always by myself and it’s predominately male customers usually.

I had been hearing good things about the food so decided to try it. It is basically a bar with a small dining section, but they have a full menu. Noone under 21 is allowed to enter so it is not a family place. If you don’t want to be around smoke. don’t go because they still allow it, but it really was not that bad so perhaps they have a good ventilation system. The menu offers all the bar favorites as well as a nice selection of seafood and a couple of steaks. I had the seafood platter which could feed 2 easily and it was 13.99. The shrimp were some of the best I have had. Very large, breaded perfectly, and fried to perfection. It also came with two types of fish-catfish and what I presume was whitefish. The catfish was a little to strong for me, but the whitefish was tender and not overbreaded. There were also 2 large crab cakes-your generic frozen breaded crab cakes that contained little to no crab. There was also a handful of clam strips that were very tasty and tender. The dinner comes with 2 sides, I got coleslaw-too vinegar tasting for me. and a baked potato which was ok. My husband ordered a double cheeseburger, fully dressed. It was a 2 fisted burger. We were a little taken back when we received the bill and there was a 25 cent charge for tomato and a 25 cent charge for onion to be added, as well as a 1.99 charge to substitute fries for potato chips. The beer prices were reasonable, the soft drink charge of $ 2 a bit high. It was a little noisy in there, but overall we were glad we went and plan to return and try other menu items.
