Love this space, over the past year and a half it has become a second home. All the teachers here are so kind and welcoming. They make simple adjustments to help you reach your full Potential and really make you feel welcome and relaxed. The space is beautiful and calming, relaxed dim lighting and beautiful cork floors make it hard to practice anywhere else! Big love to all my fellow yogis and yoginis here!

I love this place! I love yoga (1 class under my belt 15 years ago, lol) and was looking for a place I felt comfortable at, being a plus size, inflexible woman. The 1st class I took was so relaxing! I felt welcomed and not judged because of my size. The instructors encourage you to make each pose your own and not to compare your abilities with the yogi next to you. Come to find out, one of the instructors is plus size as well!
