Let’s be honest. I’m a girl that likes her snacks and sweets and Harry and David has both in spades. In addition to yummy treats, the staff is super friendly and helpful. They always have out samples and are willing to give you ideas to try out with their stuffs.

I miss H&D’s in the mall. I used to get plenty of holiday presents here but now its either here or online. Prices are fair and they have plenty of nummy samples when you are there and sometimes some great sales. Prices get even better if you have a H&D card which even if you have long since lost it(like I have) they will happily look it up for you at the register and you get extra money off! YES! Love love love their snack mix!

I order Harry and Davids at their online store quite often and was wondering what the food I was sending tasted like to the recipients. I was finally able to sample the food because this brick-and-mortar stone existed to my luck! Yes, they sell their Royal Riviera Pears($ 5 each) and a Merry Mix-Up box inside their refrigerator. They also carry pies, cakes, cookies, soup, and other fresh items in their refrigerator and freezer. They have many samples for tasting, such as the Chocolate Bing Cherries and their premium multi-grain tortilla chips. Everything there tasted so good! I got some smoked salmon, pastel cookies, and tortillas sent to my dad on Father’s Day. You can ask them to ship the item from the outlet store. They’ll charge you $ 11 for shipping just like they do online though.

I was first acquainted with Harry and David when I moved to Saint Louis for college. My grandfather sent me a package from them almost every month. I looked forward to it. Sometimes it was a box of cookies. Other times some baklava. But my favorite, the chocolate truffles. So whilst there is a Harry and David closer to me at Easton, I still have to visit the location here at the outlets. The items aren’t much cheaper, but its still a good deal. And they offer free samples so you can try before you buy. This time they were sampling the chocolate covered Bing cherries(which are to die for), moose trail crunch, and an interesting citrus infused coffee. If you’re not a sweets person, they have the most wonderful pears. Even people who say they don’t like pears have said that these are the best they’ve ever tasted. And they even make them into pear chips so if you like to snack(like I do) they are a lot healthier than potato chips and just as, if not more tasty. This year, for Nurses Appreciation week, all the nurses at one of my clients got Harry and David Truffles. They come in several varieties and all of them are rich, decadent, and delicious!
