Bluegrass Aquatics

So, I was looking to purchase a couple fish for my tank. I did email a company called Blue Grass Aquatics about some fish they have online for sale. I haven’t heard a peep from either of the two local fish stores in my area yet. So, I send them an email with some questions before I spend my hard earned cash and I get this in my email (after sending a 2^nd email to find out if someone would answer my questions after 2 days of hearing nothing back.)
«We wouldn’t be able to meet all of your request and questions. Thank you for your interest.»
All I can say is «WOW». You don’t care about customers so much that you can’t even bother to answer an email and then when the customer follows up, you decline to answer questions about your own product?! I am just dumbfounded. This behavior is, well, I don’t even have words for it. I guess they are so bloody rich they don’t need business or customers.
Don’t buy from them. They don’t want your business. Just saying.
