Ordered two cheese biscuits, jalapeño poppers, and a large hash rounds. Took 50 minutes for the order to arrive. The waiter at the front would take the order of 20 people without realizing that all the orders are piling up behind her and getting cold. When she finally turned after 45 minutes she couldn’t figure out which was which. Our order order came out to be cold and the cheese in the poppers was now almost solid. This place almost ruined Hardee’s for me.

UPDATE: 12÷4÷20151:55 I called the Corp. Office, they reached out to the store. The GM(AMY) called me back and spoke to me. I explained to her what happened. She was very nice, apologetic and treated me to lunch since I had no breakfast which I thought was very considerate of her. So I would say they do care for the customers and well as the choice we have to spend our hard earned money where we choose and have good service and food. I get great service. She always is nice and food is hot. This morning I decided to do breakfast. The lady was rude and a smart-ass over the speaker, my food was cold and dumped all in my bag. I threw it in the trash because she probably spit in it or something … Wasted my money, had a bad experience and didn’t get to eat. So thanks Hardee’s for Hiring someone that doesn’t like dealing with the public.

«If you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all,» my mama always said. Sorry, Mama, but there’s not much to say about this Hardee’s that is nice. The management here is atrocious. I came here for breakfast, and although they promised to deliver my food to my table, it never arrived. I checked on it after 35 minutes, and my tray was sitting cold on the counter. I was so angry, I left without my food and called Hardees’ corporate offices. They apologized and sent me two coupons for free sandwiches. Of course, you have to return to Hardee’s to redeem the coupons. Hardly worth it. I am not a habitual complainer. Check out my Unilocal reviews: they are overwhelmingly positive. This Hardee’s is horrible.

30 minute wait in the drive thru!!! Ugh!!! If you see more than 5 cars, don’t bother! They also forgot the cup of gravy I ordered and then argued with me that it was in the bag! Only one person at the counter and one person working the drive-thru line. They complained that the manager was in the back not doing a thing. Wow, what has gone wrong at Hardee’s? I’m on the fence about ever returning to this Hardee’s again!

They changed their menu to lunch at 10:30 while I was in line at the drivethru and at 10:45 when I finally got to order, they said that they don’t serve lunch till 11 and were a bit rude. Very slow too.

This hopefully is the worst Hardee’s in America. If not, I feel sorry for the poor folk at that one! I used to get decent service here, but the past 3 times or so have been awful. I waited in the drive through line for almost 20 minutes, and when I finally did get to the window the woman working was still on her headset with another customer. When she finally did greet me, it was with a demanding, «okay, what’d you get?“The employees were frazzled and overworked, but while I was in line one went outside on break. Another time I went, I stood inside the restaurant 5 minutes with no one at the counter. I was smart enough to eat elsewhere that time. I’ve worked fast food and this is the result of terrible management, whether at the store level or higher. No one ought to go here.

I will never give a fast food joint more than 3 stars… I only eat here on very rare occasions and only for breakfast. I do like the biscuits!!! :)

I have to say the staff at this Hardee’s is fabulous. I live in a neighborhood near by and this Hardees has become my and my husbands default for something quick. I worked with in customer service for several years and the staff there is great; efficient, quick, and friendly. I am blown away with how the staff is so friendly for a fast food restaurant. My food is always hot and if I have to wait a few minutes for an item they are very kind in apologizing for the wait.

I mostly stop for my son, this location is close to his school. The staff is nice, orders are right but this place is not very clean inside. The kitchen looks ok, the dining room is clean in the morning but it doesn’t seem like they do any cleaning during the day. Also, from about 2:30 — 3:15 M-F(when school let’s out you’ll want to stay away — waaaay too many high school kids and you’ll wait a while)

I don’t know why I keep going to this empty, nasty place. But it’s right on the way to work when I need to pick up a quick cheeseburger in a drive-thru. Very very questionable place. Never see anyone inside except the drive thru dude, not even customers, very strange. Last night the guy had my debit card wayyyy too long, and looked at me oddly, I wouldn’t be surprised if I end up with unfamiliar charges on my account. And why do the drinks and cheeseburgers cost 50 cents more than anywhere else? Remind me of this next time so I go to McD’s please.
