Impressed with their handling of my parent’s 50^th Anniversary party from beginning to end. They worked well with me an my four siblings to create a top notch event. Many of the guests commented on the deliciousness of the food which consisted of antipasto, penne alla vodka, tortellini alfredo, chicken parmesan and chicken tenders (for the kids).
Everything was just so well done that it made the day an absolute pleasure and created terrific memories for me and my family. Definitely can’t go wrong when dealing with good people like this who care so much… and… do what they do so well.

I wish I could give Ceola Manor a higher rating than 5 stars. From the moment we looked at the venue to the day of our wedding, both Rachel and Lou were extremely helpful. My wedding was perfect! I had 170 guests and everyone one I’ve spoken to had an amazing time. I’ve received rave reviews on the food and the service. People are still talking about how good the prime rib was! The location is beautiful. Ceola Manor is located along lake Osceola in Jefferson Valley in the Hudson Valley region. I noticed a few of my friend’s changed their Facebook profile photos to the ones taken at my wedding. The weather also helped. It was a gorgeous day, but I’m sure even if the weather didn’t cooperate, Lou and Rachel would have had a game plan. Rachel, who was my initial contact was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and giving suggestions about the tiniest details, like what color chair sashes I should get to best match my color scheme. Lou was also really helpful and found food and beverage distributors to meet our budget. Robin who worked in the office was always very polite and accommodating. I had the pleasure of working with both Rachel and Lou when Rachel went on vacation the week before my wedding date. Honestly, I was nervous about Rachel being away since she was my main point of contact who I had been working with since January, but Lou was great. The transition was seamless. I also was a little nervous about being handed off to the maître d’ the day of my wedding, but Phil did an excellent job. He made sure everyone in the bridal party knew their place and that we were all on the same page. Ceola Manor is top notch and is exactly the kind of place I dreamed of having my wedding.

This is a top-​notch catering hall. My wife and I held our daughters Sweet 16 party here and every one of our guests complimented the food, service, and exquisite atmosphere. The rooms vary in size depending on your needs and the service and menus are absolutely incredible. The hall is conveniently located off of Route 6 in Jefferson Valley and has plenty of parking. The entire staff is attentive and professional. Above all, the food is outstanding. For this area, I’m not sure you can do any better. Highly recommended.

Just had our wedding here Saturday. It was absolutely amazing our families raved about the food all night and the staff was exceptional and attentive. Even due to adverse circumstances NOT due to the management they did everything in their power to make us happy. we would recommend this as a venue to anyone for any type of party. The owner Lou is very attentive to his guests as well as helpful.

We held our son’s Bar Mitzvah at Ceola Manor in June, 2013 and were very happy with how the staff at Ceola Manor handled our event. Rachel coordinated the event details prior to the day of, and she was courteous, patient and responsive. Juan was our Maitre de and gave us first class service. Our 120 guests only gave us positive feedback, and everyone (including many «foodies») raved about the food.
As a host I was looking for a memorable setting, good food, and great service at a reasonable price — and my expectations were more than met. I strongly recommend Ceola Manor for your next event.

We held my son’s Bar Mitzvah here in 2008 and am currently working with Rachel again in planning my younger son’s Bar Mitzvah to be held in June of 2013. Needless to say, if we’re coming back, there must be a reason. It’s a pretty place on the water, the food is very good and the staff could not be nicer or more helpful.

Our Wedding Date: 9÷12÷09 — I don’t think its any sort of hyperbole to say that the staff at Ceola provided the best service we’ve ever received from any establishment, period. Not only were the staff courteous and timely, they coordinated and handled everything so well, we were able to fully enjoy our wedding day, a luxury we really did not anticipate. There were a few specific things to point out.
1. The venue was prepped and ready well ahead of schedule. The charter bus with out-​of-​town guest arrived well ahead of schedule. The staff had the anticipation and ability to take guests in so early — even providing champagne and strawberries to all our guest when they entered the venue.
2. Our Madtri’D, Rob planned out everything exceptionally well and really helped to calm a nervous bride and groom. His attentiveness to detail and flexibility in handling our needs was above and beyond anything we expected.
3. The event coordinator, Rachel, her detailed, personal assistance and attention to every nit-​picky question went a long way in relieving our stress and custom tailoring the reception to our specific requests.
The overwhelming majority of guests I spoke to, said it was the best reception they had ever attended.
Needless to say, we could not have been happier with the service and outcome. It really made our night memorable.
