If I could give them 0 stars I would. The absolute worst hospital experience I have ever had. 1 person to check you in for the Emergency entrance, then you wait for at least ½ hour minimum, then when you go back to the emergency exam rooms, you will wait forever. We got there at 9 am and we’re still waiting for our daughter at 8:30 pm in the exam rooms with here. I wouldn’t go here on my deathbed! I’d rather die not being pissed off about waiting!

If you only need stitches then great, otherwise go downtown for care. Three family members and 3 lawsuits later…

For a hospital this place is pretty fast. I came in around 5pm and was out by 730. The waiting room is very open and has a snack station with a few vending machines. I also spent a few days here several months ago. All the nurses were kind and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. Now the food is your average hospital food and nothing special. At least what you get in the room. I haven’t been to any other local hospitals but I think I would comeback to this hospital even if I had a choice to go to another.

If you’re in need of Emergency Care… I suggest you find another ER, unless you’re arriving by ambulance. Instead of checking in and waiting to go through triage(BP, temp, etc), you’re standing in a line to «check in» and go through triage. It makes no sense. They will either classify you as ER worthy or they send you to their Quick Care section. Quick Care means yes, you’ll be seen sooner since your injury isn’t as severe, but you might have well gone to MedExpress. It’s inefficient and poorly run, in general. They desperately need to revamp how their ER is run.
