Used them, gosh, nearly 10 years ago for braces and had a great experience — incredibly efficient, informative, fair, and cordial. My most recent experience, though, was when I had to get my retainer replaced. I know, this many years later … however, I don’t live in Missouri, so I made the appointments(needed) to about two weeks in advance after explaining the situation to the receptionist. She was so helpful and understanding. Both appointments were quick and easy. First was impressions and the second was my fitting. They worked out the few problems with the new retainer(mild reshaping to fit better) and I’ve had no problems or complaints since!
