Delicious breakfast and great staff! We got a 10% off coupon at check in at hotel Jay. First time I have ordered an over-medium egg and they actually got it right! Great ham and home fries. My daughter had the yogurt with fruit and granola. Very yummy. Their coffee brew could definitely use some work. Great place to eat at Jay! Our waitress was super friendly and attentive.

Food was good. Clam chowder was not creamy which was different. Timbuktu sandwich was tasty. Service was slow due to being short handed. 3rd time I’ve been here.

Sunday night — fully packed. 15 Minutes wait. Burger is out of this world. I think hotel with single place to eat — is in question. We will dine here for 3 days. Will update

The open faced turkey sandwich on sourdough toasted points was delicious. The salad was crisp and the ranch dressing well flavored. The room is modern and the large windows make the dining area bright. There are much better and far far far worse places to have lunch at a ski mountain.

1 of 4 restaurants located at the hotels at Jay Peak. You don’t come to Jay for the food. You come for the skiing! They served dinner extremely fast. We were a party of two and finished in 30 min. This was slightly disappointing. There was no wait for us and no wait when we left. The staff was very nice. I ordered«pulled chicken and herb biscuits.» I’m not a country person therefore I had no clue that this was really chicken pot pie(neither did the person I was with). I was slightly disappointed in the meal. The person I was with had the lobster mac n cheese which was good. Areas of improvement are to the menu and to slow down dinner regardless of how fast they want to turn the tables over when there is no wait.

Went for the breakfast buffet. Eggs were stone cold(the sterno must’ve never been lit… and I checked a second time a half hour later as I was leaving and the tray was still cold). Bacon, sausage, yogurt and granola were pretty good, but the pancakes looked so unappetizing that I didn’t bother to even try. The waitress was nice though. Will likely go to the cafeteria for breakfast next visit.

We ate here on New Year’s Day with another family with whom we were vacationing and had a great time. The meatloaf tastes just like homemade, delicious. The butternut squash ravioli was good but had a bit too much oil. The kids all loved their meals(chicken fingers and mac & cheese). The chocolate chip cookie sandwiches with vanilla ice cream were to die for. The owner even stopped by partway through the meal to see how we were doing — he was very personable. Our waitress was a sweetheart.

This restaurant was quite terrible. The clam chowder was super gloppy and I felt as though I drank a 2 year old Campbells soup can. I personally believe the clam chowder was at least a couple days old because it was quite solidified at the top. The poutine was good(thank god they nailed the fries) but wait till we got the biscuits. I love brussel sprouts and this restaurant ignited my hatred for brussel sprouts. You cannot mess up brussel sprouts but they did that splendidly. And the biscuits were ok. Not worth paying 20 – 25 per person for this microwavable frozen foods but if you like being dissatisfied, this place is the place to go. P.S my friend almost ate a hair in her salad.

We had a nice lunch here. Prices were fair considering the locale. I had a the panini of the day for $ 8. The seafood chowder was OK. The service was good — Tito did a good job with the water. I would definitely eat here over the cafeteria if you can spare $ 20-$ 25.
