After being diagnosed with a torn labrum in my shoulder, the staff at New Beginning worked with me to help it heal and regain function and strength as quickly as possible. Between using electric muscle stimulation, ultrasound, exercises, and the pool, I have regained the mobility I didn’t have a month ago. The strength is coming back as well. I can’t say enough good things about how friendly and caring the staff and therapists are, how clean and inviting the facility is, and how much this experience has exceeded my expectations. As a young and healthy active adult, I had never needed to go to physical therapy before and didn’t know what to expect, but they have honestly made the entire process as easy as possible.
