Lendy’s Burgers and Fries

This «restaurant» is one of those places that you’d generally pass right by… but that would be a mistake! It’s located in a seedy part of the tiny town of Jasper, right across from a dimly lit overgrown set of basketball courts. There’s no seating at all aside from a couple benches in front of the window, and they’re very rudimentary.
The restaurant itself is really a mobile home with a drive through style window facing a porch with benches. You walk up to this window, and get greeted with a smile, though I recommend standing back from the window. They have standard burger fare, and some not so standard things like a fish sandwich that’s basically half of a fish (no head, but tail included) on a bun. The food is simply amazing, it’s real meat and cooked very well. The Double Cheeseburger and fries plate is roughly $ 6 and worth every single penny!
If the place had better outside lighting, any seating at all, or just generally looked more like a restaurant I’d give it 5 stars all day long… as it is, the appearance really makes people think twice, especially at night.
