My family and I love eating at Johnny Brusco’s in Jasper. The food is always amazing every time. Our favorite waitress is Felicia she is super funny and makes amazing salads. We will continue to eat there until they close down which I hope that is never.

It’s impossible to get GOOD pizza in Jasper. unless you make it yourself. I’ve never attempted to eat a chewier pizza. Absolutely inedible. This location is up a hill in a «shopping center» from Jasper Wal-​Mart… better off saving money and buying a pizza from there.

Not as impressed on my last visit. I went for a beer but the taps weren’t working. They did their best to make me happy and I did get a small taste of draft. Watching the kitchen work makes me think that all of them need to take a food safety course.

Was there yesterday for lunch. Place wasn’t very busy. Took them forever to take my order then another ½ hour to 45 minutes to get me a plate of lukewarm pasta Waiting was so bad the the table next to me, tired of waiting for their food pleaded with the waitress to get them some food, any food they didn’t care. The guy finally settling for some calzone (which they hadn’t ordered) but that choice was better than sitting around waiting.

We went on a Friday night and it was busy, all the tables were full but the wait was not long. The hostess that seated us was the only good part of the night, the rest was a disaster. The waitress forgot to bring our drink order and forgot our appetizer order. Another waitress tried to cover for her, but only made things more confusing.
Then the manager came to our table to smooth things over, by telling two different lies. The food is great, but the service is lousy. I don’t think we will be going back unless we are desperate for a place to eat.

If you are in Jasper there are not many choices but this is one of the better ones. Its a chain but it has neighborhood pizza shop feel to it. There are several local or microbrews on tap and a bunch of choices in bottles. I hate it when you ask a server what’s on tap and they just tell you a bunch of names like you are supposed to know. I will confess I did not try the pizza, I had a sub. But I will be back to try it.

This pizza place is pretty good. It’s located in a shopping center adjacent to Wal-​Mart, not in the middle of the highway like the map shows. I’ve been here on two separate occasions, and I tried the New York style pizza and a stromboli. Both were very tasty and cheaply priced. The pizza is really good, but don’t expect an authentic New York style pizza, but it is the best pizza in Jasper — there isn’t much competition, though. I’ve also tried the House stromboli, and it was packed with ham, salami, mozzarella, etc. And like I said before, your wallet won’t be hurting after a meal here. The menu is pretty extensive with subs, pasta, salad, etc. I’m looking forward to trying the specialty pizza on my next visit.
