This owner is RUDE RUDE RUDE! I had an in office AND a phone encounter with her and neither was pleasant. She acts like you are a burden and doesn’t need your business. Both encounters stressed me out, so I would never take my animal there for ANY service! She obviously doesn’t like her job so I’ll be going elsewhere. Her shop is as horrible smelling as her nasty personality. She might want to check child labor laws also as there was a young girl grooming animals while I was in there as well. Consumer beware!!!
