My husband took in his front wheel in to get a new tire on it for his motorcycle. Mind you, we had called ahead of time saying that we were on our way that way they would be ready. When we got there, they were ready to put the tire on. Unfortunately, we didn’t get out of there until about 4 hours later. After about an hour, we asked them what was going on and they said they couldn’t get it on(or something, I don’t know the terminology for that stuff). So, we waited for about another hour(hour 2). We asked them again what was going on. They told us that their machine was not working so they were having to take it somewhere else. But we didn’t see them leave with the tire or see them come back. After hour 3, he was pretty pissed so we went to get something to eat. After we came back, it took another hour or so. When the guy came out to give my hubby the tire, the first thing that he said to us was, «Don’t ever bring this tire back for me to fix.» Granted, he did say it with a smile but are you kidding? That was not needed. Needless to say, we will for sure go somewhere else if we have any more problems with the motorcycle or need some tires, we sure will not go anywhere near this place again. The woman in there was rude. The only nice person really was the parts clerk up front. I forgot his name but he was originally from California. He was a pretty cool dude but everyone else was really rude!!!
