I have been a customer of Scott for the past 5 years and couldn’t be more pleased. Scott does a great job, he is personable and friendly, his prices are reasonable, and he works fast.
Scott first came recommended to me by my general contractor. I needed an HVAC expert to retrofit my house (a 100 year old craftsman) with central air and heat, install a bathroom fan, and a kitchen exhaust fan. It’s not easy to work on an old house. The job involved lifting up a furnace into an old attic and cutting up holes in old plaster. But Scott did great. The old charm of the house was preserved and the house now cools down /​heats up in minutes.
I later used Scott with two rental properties in San Diego. The rentals have old AC condensers high up on the roof and one needed to be replaced. Scott did a great job and the price was reasonable. The other condenser just needed more freon. I like that Scott didn’t try to push for me to replace the two condensers.
