Awesome.
I took my dead Chromebook in, and met the woman and man there, Zay and Russell. She said to diagnose the problem was free, which was great since sometimes they charge you to just look at it. I left it with her and went back to my car where my kid wanted to show me a clip on her phone, so we did not leave right away. About 3 minutes later, Zay came runnning out and said that Russell had already diagnosed the problem… it was a worn-​out AC power cord and he had another one that would work. They charged me $ 20 and I was out the door with my fixed computer, happy as can be.
No I ask you… where the heck can you get that kind of amazing service?
