I really like this store. It’s always well stocked (well except during snowmagadden but that’s understandable), and has plenty of parking. The cashiers are always super helpful too. My bf comes to this store atleast once a week, and always has a positive experience. Stop by and give it a try!

Spring field garden will certainly be my go to gown depot now.
One of the best customer service I’ve received at any Home Depot. Currently in the market for a new kitchen and Audrey was exceptionally helpful, we were unaware we needed to make a reservation before hand but she stepped in and took care of all our kitchen question and got everything taken care of in a remarkable time.
Also Alex in customer service was extremely patient and helpful seeing that we paid for the items with the wrong card, he made sure we got that fix and had such a positive attitude which eased our frustration.

This experience has become a better one in regards to the other Home Depot locations. Seems cleaner and has a better floor plan that is easier to find things. Some of the other stores associates do not help as much as this location. I needed some advice on some floor surface application methods and this Home Depot hit the mark.

Windows are a Pain (double entendre attempt)
It’s window day and I would recommend making the process of ordering windows more efficient. You have to have a sales associate sit down with you and then it isn’t easy to really see what is all in stock due to not having all the sku numbers from the products you advertise online. You guys need to sharpen your pencil when it comes to this.

Been here several times, staff are polite and helpful. Cashiers are nice.
Had some great deals on LEDs and smart light bulbs. I’ve never seen any long lines or staff simply standing around. They have a few self check outs as well which we have never used because there’s usually a cashier available.
Not the biggest Home Depot, but you should still find what you need or at least check online for availability before coming.

Wow, what a horrible place. I come here out only if I have to but it’s just so bad. I don’t know what other Home Depots look like but you have a line with only two registers open and about seven people standing around doing nothing. Like I don’t understand what your getting paid for and where is the manager to actually if you something to do. Or at least make the line go faster it isn’t even busy which is so frustrating come on now. We in New York ain’t got no time to waste !!!
