Some things are better the 2^nd time around.
My 1^st review was not very pleasant because my experience wasn’t. On the Fri before Valentine’s Day I decided to give them a 2^nd chance at the suggestion of a friend. By default weekends such as this can lead to poor customer service anywhere simply because of the large crowds but that wasn’t the case.
While there was a crowd (every mani chair was occupied) and most of the pedi seats. I was greeted right away and told to have a seat until the lady closest to the back door could take me (Rose).
Currently, I place a wrap on my nails because they are not at a level where I can apply the gel directly to them. Rose was very pleasant and took her time with me and we chatted while she worked.
Overall the quality of nails was very pleasing. She elected to apply the color several times, once more than the usual to ensure that the intensity of the color was exactly what I wanted. Awesome job! ($ 33)
I was in and out in an hour and very satisfied with the quality of my service. I am now willing to giving Rose another try before committing to her and I doing this long term. While I’m not ready to let anyone touch my feet, I will observe them during my next visit and speak to other patrons to see what the 411 is.

This nail salon is AWESOME! They are all very friendly and I really love getting my nails done here. Great place!

Looks are definitely deceiving when it comes to this place!!! At first you may think it’s an overcrowded noisy place that can’t possibly be relaxing. So you think they might rush you. That’s completely the Opposite the customer service is so wonderful I had the best pedicure ever yesterday from Sasha and the prices are so good too!!! Usually get my nails done with rose but I haven’t been in a while forgot how good this place is !!! Waaaaaayyyyy better than some higher end places I been !!!
