This place needs some management consulting, STAT! I like it because it is probably the biggest Conway/Fallas I have ever seen and you can definitely find deals on clothes, slippers or home goods. I got a cute grey Southpole tank with camo trim for the gym for just $ 6 which originally retailed for $ 28. But every time I come in here I’m like«WHY did I do this to myself?!» The absurdity of the place can make you hate life and people. The lines are always long with just one cashier ringing while other employees shuffle about the store lugubriously, avoiding eye contact with the customers. I think the cashiers work as slow as molasses on purpose. Yes, you know exactly what I mean! There are signs posted above the registers admonishing the peeps to form separate lines at each register, but where is the room? DUH! There is always one long joyless line of poor miserable souls, and then some annoying person who conveniently does not speak English playing dumb and trying to cut.

Used to be a Conway, but now its called Fallas. Department store with clothing and some home goods in the back. You can find some cheap shorts and shirt for about $ 5, not many places in the city can offer such cheap clothing. I’ve brought gardening shovels and rakes here for about $ 3. Cheap! The only thing is that the line for the registers can be long and slow.

Fallas is formerly known as Conway. A very strange name… but nonetheless, it’s a variety store. Comprised of household goods, décor, toys, and clothing. The quality of the items here hit or miss. These items are shipped and shared with other retailers. The home goods department is great. Sometimes you can find good deals on clearance items. Bedding, curtains, towels and Toys. They also carry good stationary/desk items. I have the same problem here that I had with Conway. The store is under staffed. There are always 2 long lines that look a Beyoncé Tour. If they can cater to their customers and properly staff the store, they may increase sales and customers won’t drop out of the line like a high school flunky.
