Dunkin’ Donuts

This is hands down the worst DD location I’ve ever been to. Every other location, the staff always look out for incoming customers or help you as soon as they realize you’ve been waiting. I’ve been here twice, once busy once empty, and they will keep you waiting without a word. I’ve been in a packed Starbucks and gotten my order quicker than waiting on a short line here. They’re basically not in a rush to fulfill anyone’s order. It’s too bad they’re the only convenient coffee spot on my way to work otherwise I’d never go here again.

I come here because they have a drive-​thru. Some days they’ll be out of donuts, but when they do, they’re stale!!! It sucks because I get a dozen or a half dozen… and they’re all stale.
For a franchise, they aren’t very consistent with the coffee, bagels and donuts. I still come every few months and either I’m pleased or really disappointed.
A lot of the times speaking to a person through the speaker is difficult. They never understand what I’m saying and vice versa. Fix the speaker!!!

I just left there moments ago. I go inside because drive thru is slow as Sh*t! I go in and order a chicken apple sausage sandwich. I wait about ten minutes and they hand me my order. I get into my car and open the bag and guess what! It’s a fckn bacon egg and cheese… WTF! Don’t repeat my order and get it wrong!
This shouldn’t even get 1 star!
Place needs a overhaul on staff and management!

The health department should really look into this place. I ordered a chicken salad on a croissant, only to have them tell me the oven broke. They offered to sell it to me anyway so I could heat it up at home, only when I got home and inspected the package I discovered an expiration date on the chicken salad to be about two weeks old. I went the next day to request a refund with my receipt and speak to the manager. She desperately tried to give me something else for free, and I immediately declined. I have no idea how long they have been selling/​making expired food for customers, but this is the last time I will be buying food from here.

I really, really want to like this place. Why? Because the staff is nice but sadly that’s my only real positive.
They just opened a Baskin Robbins in this location (yay!) but the ordering process is a nightmare. You will wait endlessly until somebody notices you (all attention is on the bakery/​cash register section)-but again, when you’re noticed you’re given genuine apologies for the wait.
I came today and got a buttered croissant and some ice cream (don’t judge). Granted, it was a little busy but I wound up having to scrape the giant glob of butter that was smeared on it. Pretty gross.
They’re the only local spot with ice cream (that I know of) so I’ll def be back. Nice people, just hope they sort out the ordering process.

Service is quick and fast, which is what you expect and want from any fast food chain. The food is also what you expect. I give this store 4 stars because in terms of speed, they are faster than a lot of fast food stores. Keep up the good work.

Horrible customer services, it’s early in the day and people are trying to get to work and the employees standing and taking and not doing there job

It’s on the map, but no sigh of it on the street. I almost got shot looking for it. There nothing that gives you clue where it is.

It’s inevitable that this place gets extremely busy in the morning there is a school nearby so if a actual customer wants to sit good luck with that… all yhe kids are sitting regardless of how old you are. In order for the stuff here to take any action about these kids you have to create a scene. I can’t even count how many times my order has been messed up. Today I ordered a sausage wake up wrap, only to watch a knife that was filled with cream cheese was used to cut the sausage and was not cleaned and was put right back in the cream cheese. so I guess where you vegetarians out there you’re not safe at Dunkin Donuts either. I never have had a problem with the customer service I just feel that this place is extremely slow paced especially for hours in the morning when you know its busy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 4 people working and still waited 15 min for a coffee and hash browns. 2 people AFTER me ordered sandwiches and got theirs before me… Mind you this has happen TWICE

Sometimes I come here in the morning to get a cup a coffee and a Breakfast sandwich… I like coming to this one because its less crowded then the one by the Movie theater on Parsons and archer Avenue… The service is quick and the staff is ok…
