Alicia is one of the sweetest women I know. She takes her time, she’s patient, and has a big heart. Her English is not that good but she’ll do whatever it takes to understand what you want. Often times she’ll speak to you in Spanish to get her point across.
She may tell you no if you ask her for something that’s not good for your hair. Just nod you head and get it done somewhere else lol. No, but seriously she has her own style and way of doing hair. I’ve never had any complaints. I usually come to her to dye my roots, deep condition, and also for wash & sets.
I’ve been coming to her for a few months now and I honestly believe she’s helped in aiding my hair to grow in nice & thick.
