Okay let’s get down and dirty about this place. It’s extremely ghetto, from the service to the customers. The Spanish girl taking my order seemed like she wanted to take her own life. The scammers waiting on the line for the bathroom seemed like they wanted to charge people for using the restroom.
The disorganized lines went. That’s all I can say about that besides 3 registers being opened no one knew what the hell was happening.
The service was prompt and there was both ample seating and parking available both times I have dined at this establishment. But then again at most BKs that is what I would expect, one star for the parking lot. The chicken fries were good, the soda cold and the burgers being nothing special. But at least my order wasn’t wrong or delayed. One star for that.
If you are in a hurry and don’t mind the dirtiness, then this place should treat you well.

I don’t get why people said they have bad service. The employees are nice and it seemed like a long line at first (we were about fifth) but we got to order fast. They give everyone their drinks first so I don’t see how they could forget your drink. They didn’t get my order wrong and the food was good. The only reason that this isn’t a five star review is due to the fact that I wanted a biscuit sandwich but they didn’t have any more biscuits. I ordered a muffin sandwich instead. Overall pretty good. They just need to stock up a bit more.

Eating BK after a long time… I just spent $ 15 dollars on a meal and 5 chicken strips. They forgot to give me my drink. Line was long for no apparent reason. The chick who was taking my order took 5 minutes looking here and there. Tucking some receipts In an envelope before taking the next customer I.e. Me… She was nearing the end of her shift so I guess it’s ok. NOT. Always check your order they forget stuff or sauces that accompany your meal. I would not go here again unless I am starving and with no cooked/​no desire to cook food at home.

I really wanted to give this place an average 3 stars because there isn’t anything too bad about it, but the service is just WAY TOO slow. Workers for the most part are friendly, dining area is decent, but there is no excuse for the service to be this slow. If you need to get a quick food fix during your lunch break, avoid this place.

This place is Hit or miss with Lines. Somtimes the Lines are big enough to scare you off other times it is a walkup.
This place is in a Diced area. The crowed it attracts is sketchey anyone from highschool aged to your bum homeless population. Molasis will Run Faster then the Employees will work. The cooks do not know how to cook as I got Chicken strips that bounced in the box and half cooked fries and a Cinnabun that sucked. The waittimes for your order are just a poor excuse for Fastfood. As far as the inside goes it has just been redone but does not look it as you have a Table with cement hanging out of the floor.

As a Mary Louis alumni, we used to spend a good amount of time here.
And god, it sucked. The lines were always long because the service was slow. The people that worked here were riddled with huge attitudes. And the security guard would harass us even when we were doing nothing but eating. The bathroom is sketchy. Everything about this place is grotty.

It’s fast food. Enough said.

I was on my way to a volunteer session of answering phones at a nonprofit agency. I stopped in here for some lunch. On my first attempt I came in here around 1:00 PM and was turned off by the line.
I went across the street to TD Bank since I had to go there today anyway. After that I went back across the street to this restaurant./
The line thankfully had dwindled but not to the point it was too fast.
I ordered 2 BK doubles and a value Fries. The order came up $ 3.47
The clocks seem to be inaccurate at this location. The clock on the wall said 1:10 PM, the receipt read 12:49pm and my digital clock on my cell phone read 12:55 PM. Weird! Maybe it is to confuse people so they think that the wait is shorter?
