Was highly recommended to them due to their exceptional service. The Manager Ron is great he really takes his time out to make sure you choose the furniture that best fits your home. No pressure, No hassle! When they tell you furniture will be delivered in one week, it really is delivered in one week. Most other places would tell you one week and it would come over a month.

Store Mgr Ron reached out after reading the Unilocal review I had left. He claimed not to be aware of the breakdown of the box spring. With nothing to lose, I agreed to have a repairman come and take a look. Apparently, the problem was a quick fix. One week and holding. In light of the good-faith followup by the mgr, I am upgrading my review and rating of this store. He has made several calls and appears genuine in his concern about my dissatisfaction. This means a lot to me as a consumer. His in-store staff would do well to follow his lead. Thanks Ron.

I called today to confirm my order and the female was extremely rude. Horrible customer service. With so many furniture stores in the neighborhood they should be grateful people are buying items from them. I just moved into the area and will never again step foot into this place.

They did fine by me. Seema was enormously helpful, and I bought a beautiful sofa and loveseat. Seema offered to move up the delivery date, but I had contractors working in my house. The delivery team was careful and courteous. They set up my furniture, and took the garbage (wrapping) with them. Highly recommend. Note: I bought my furniture at their Clearance Center, which is four blocks east.

Lady’s an gentlemen if you are planning to buy furniture don’t even step foot here.
We had such bad luck here that you won’t even believe.
When we went there we saw something we really loved, Ron told us it will be here in 3 week, which never happen after 2 months they called us its here, when they came to install it it was total different purchase. We sent it right back.
We where told Ron is not working today she showed up at the store an there he was smiling his face out.
Apology-sing has no idea how it happen.
After another long month they finally called us we are so sorry this item no longer exist.
From my BAD experience NEVER EVER BUY HERE AGAIN!!!
WORST PLACE TO HAVE SHOP ALSO LAST TIME THAT WE WILL PUT OUR FOOT THERE.
W also informed a few people never ever go there cause they are LIARS!!!
NOTHING FROM THEM IS REAL JUST A GAME!
