Ironic that anyone would ever review a funeral home but people need to know. I will write a review on any site about this place because it was absolutely terrible. I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. No one should ever have to go through such a difficult time during a loss. The man who owns this business is not very friendly AT ALL. During our funeral service we were told he wanted a down payment at that moment and after disputing the issue we assured him he would get his money by the end of the day. At 12 PM when it was time to go to the crematorium he was no where to be found to close up the casket for us all to proceed and leave but decides to come storming in and cause a scene about people touching the casket and attempting to close it. WHERE WERE YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE. Next, every religion has their own rituals that need to be done. He seemed to have been aware of our Hindu rituals but continuously kept telling people to go to their cars when everyone was just waiting for a ritual to take place before leaving. After confronting him and telling him to give us a minute he begins to argue with us about having an attitude. I’m sorry but no one should have to deal with that while they are in mourning. Later that evening, the family members who decided to drop off his payment was soon startled that he began to bring up the argument that happened earlier about the people who he claimed gave him an attitude. SORRY IT ISNT ABOUT YOU, BE A LITTLE MORE SYMPATHETIC. I would never recommend anyone to use this funeral home, the only unfortunate reason we decided to use this location was because it was very close to our home.
