Its a Walmart without all the hassle. This is just your supermarket version of a Walmart Super Center. They keep it clean and neat. They are always restocking and keeping the shelves full. They have the same prices as the big Walmarts. I also love that they have the self checkout counters, so it makes it nice and quick when you want to run in and get something real quick.

Stopped here after eating lunch at Bono’s to get some stuff for my wife. Found the store well laid out and clean if I’m in the neighborhood gain and needing stuff I will stop here again no problem.

Not really a whole lot to expect from a Walmart grocery store. For me, it’s easy in-easy out. The pharmacy is pretty darn fast. In picking up prescriptions for my mom, she says that by the time she gets home from the doctor(3 mins away), it’s ready to be picked up.

Honestly, I thought this was would be a great addition to the neighborhood with competitive pricing and savings galore, but frankly it is just a smaller version of Wal-Mart. Expect to see no management, sales associates or any cashiers. Walking through the store, I noticed that there were quite a few staples that I use daily that were not available for purchase. That being said, looking around to find a specific brand or type of food proved difficult and even disappointing. The store is inviting, clean, but it’s like they kind of just threw it together just to reflect a small local grocer. It doesn’t. The customer service is shoddy. The beer selection is minimal and they don’t understand the marketing of bulk beer purchases. They also don’t have a butcher and I really don’t trust their deli worth a darn. They do not have a bakery from what I could tell, and apparently whoever is frying the chicken back there doesn’t know how to cook. I once walked into a store full of smoke and the disgusting smell of chicken that was fried to ash. They don’t even offer paper goods(i.e. toilet paper, paper towels) in singles. They offer everything in bulk almost like a Sam’s Club. It forces someone who maybe only wants ONE roll of either to have to buy more than two, which really keeps me from going back… Then just like an average Wal-Mart you get to the cashiers and there is perhaps, 8 – 12(I can’t recall right now) and naturally, only 1 or 2 cashiers are operating the systems. The majority of their cash registers are self-checkouts, but if you’re purchasing beer or medicines that they normally ID you for, expect to wait F O R E V E R to get a CSM to come to your self-checkout register. Frankly, I don’t go there unless I really have to, but I don’t save any money there in reality. I really would prefer sticking to a higher price point at Publix up the road, than to take my business here. I just won’t give them my money. So, if you thought you were getting a deal at this Neighborhood market, you were sorely mistaken. Save yourself the frustration of their same bad customer service and stupid registers and go somewhere else.

I walked in with expectations of something novel and different in markets. Maybe a red carpet, a fantastic butcher, or a great beer section… or??? What I found was a basic no-name store with an average selection and no visible management in charge. As I made a few selections and went to checkout, I noted all of the cashiers and self checkouts were fouled up. Standing around for a while, nothing positive was happening and the lines were getting longer. I could see the store was struggling to manage this mini-crisis and I opted to return my cold items while walking around the store. By the time I hit the exit with an empty cart, nothing had changed and I was happy to depart. Looking back only once, I knew my local Publix has nothing to fear from Walmart’s offering in my area. As I exited the lot, my car knew its path to the big green P…
