If I could give zero stars I would. Awful experience. Staff is rude and unhelpful. I had to go to this Walgreens to fill a script that I’ve been getting for years from another Walgreens but they were out this time which is why I had to go to this one. Terrible mistake. The pharmacy staff was unprofessional all together. A middle aged blonde guy who was a tech told me I would have to wait three days to make sure I needed the meds. When I asked why, he couldn’t explain himself, very short with me. He then threw my ID at me rather than giving it back to me, I had to pick it up off the counter. Three days pass no call or text, 5 days pass, nothing. I call to check on my script and they tell me there’s nothing processing in my name. I ask them to check and they told me they denied my script!!! Called my dr to ask what was wrong, apparently I was the rude one to the tech, therefore they won’t refill my script. Sad…
