This review is for their rental service, not storage (have not used the storage facilities).
Over the years, my husband and I have rented many U-​Haul vehicles from here and have dropped off vehicles here on one-​way rentals at different times. The people who work here are always pleasant and accommodating. Never have had a problem or issue with the vehicles.
My husband’s only complaint is that they are downtown and he dislikes driving large trucks through the congested streets. His complaints are unfounded because he has never had a problem with navigating corners on his way to or from here. The downtown streets, on average around this location, are very wide and easily navigable.
Unlike the other reviewer, we have never encountered any homeless while here.

Worst storage ever. Elevator is constantly breaking. It’s popular with homeless so there are constantly people trying to get it on your coat tails. Rats ate through a bunch of my friends stuff.
