Trek Bicycle Store

Called to inquire about used road bikes and the stoner dude that answered the phone seemed annoyed that anyone would ask such a question. Owner needs to introduce their staff to customer service training.

This shop is a really good size and has a very cool selection of bikes for the serious cyclist! I went into Trek while waiting for a table at the adjacent Carraba’s Restaurant as this store had a very intriguing window display. I was really surprised to see such a multitude of beach cruisers and professional cycles. There is a great deal of high end accessories as well from clothing to tassels for the little-one’s handle bars!
It looked as if there was an area to customize a bike of your choosing, but I cannot be sure. The staff acknowledged us as we walked in, but did not really make an effort to assist us in a purchase. Perhaps they understood we were just looky loo’s, but to me that still is not the kind of customer service I would appreciate especially if I were going to drop a pocket load of dough at this location.
Overall, a beautifully designed store with a ton of bikes and specialty accessories! The serious (or not so serious) cyclists should definitely take a peek at this location!
