I never have had a problem and I pop in here frequently looking for deals and to just see what’s new. I’m always welcomed with a warm and friendly greeting. They ask if they can help me. They let me know the promotions. Recently the one lady remembered me from my purchase last year. She’s very sweet and I wish I had her name. After I made my purchase last year I ended up losing the rubber nose gripper on my glasses. A woman working that day put new grippers on my glasses. I asked what I owed and she said not to worry since I recently purchased them. I’ll never forget that kind thing she did for me. I was worried it was going to be a hassle or I’d have to come back in an hour to pick them up. It took 2 minutes! I’ve always have good experiences here.

This is our second year visiting Target Optical. Last year was great. This year, the total opposite. We were greeted with«what do you want?» Although we were called several times to confirm, our files were not ready for the doctor. Several other issues. The doctor was nice and pleasant and I did mention our experience out front. I’m not saying I won’t come back next year, but I hope that the lady not to be named(Diana) will be in another area of the store where customer service may not be emphasized.

I would give it a zero star if I could. I popped in to give my eyes a check up as it’s been possibly 10 years since my last. The doctor was great and I have no qualms with her. However the day of my visit the front was too busy to help me. I came back on Sunday and was confronted with literally the most horrid woman. She would not tell me what was covered by insurance and it ended up having to guess prices and show her various glasses and guess what insurance paid. I should have walked away then. I’ve got to go back tomorrow and cancel with my insurance as she put it thought without telling me. Go anywhere else. They can’t be as awful as here.
