Superior Saw & Small Engine

I’ve been coming here every now and again for parts and service. They do a great job servicing small engines. This is THE place to get lawn mower blades sharpened. I have had my mower blades sharpened at different places and none of them did a better job than Superior. Their inventory usually has everything that you might need to get your landscaping job done.
The lady that works the front desk now is a different story. I was just in the store a few days ago and she picks up the phone call from a potential customer. She was very rude on the phone as she was trying to give an explanation. She then abruptly hangs up the phone. I have been to this shop several times and this is her normal demeanor. It did change in a few minutes when I told her that I was going to buy a new trimmer. Wow.
There are not a lot of choices in Jacksonville when it comes to landscape equipment and I have been to them all. I come here due to it being close to the house. If you know what you need then come here. If you are looking for some assistance from a polite sales associate you might want to try the other place I have reviewed.
